These Terms of Service apply to all services including website creation, web/mobile applications, custom software, and associated maintenance, provided by RaceUp to its clients.

Article 1 - Scope of application
Article 2 - Quotes and orders
- Quotes are provided free of charge, valid for 30 days.
- The order is confirmed upon receipt of the signed quote + 40% deposit.
- Modifications requested by the Client result in an amendment billed at the hourly rate (€50 excl. tax/hour).
Article 3 - Services and specifications
- Website/app/software creation: Design, development, testing, deployment.
- Maintenance: Bug fixes, updates, backups.
Revisions: 2 iterations included; additional iterations billed separately.
Article 4 - Pricing and payment terms
Fixed price excl. tax (VAT not applicable). Staggered payment: 40% deposit, 40% on beta validation, 20% on production deployment. Terms: 30 days net, no discount.
Article 5 - Intellectual property
All rights (source code, designs, databases) remain the exclusive property of RaceUp until full payment. Transfer of ownership + perpetual license after final settlement.
Article 6 - Confidentiality and GDPR
Both parties commit to the confidentiality of information exchanged. RaceUp processes Client data as a GDPR sub-processor.
Article 7 - Termination and disputes
Disputes: Commercial Court of Reims. Applicable law: French.
